Once payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to KnoLabels and to the buyer.

KnoLabels is not responsible if the consumer drops and/or damages their item (s). If you item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps us help you in a timely manner. Send proof or your order, your information and a picture of the item you received. We will make it right!

KnoLabels is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. If your item does arrived damaged, contact us ASAP!

Packages Sent Back?

When filling in your information at checkout be sure to double check your information is COMPLETE and CORRECT. Include your FULL address, do not forget your house/ Apt./ Unit number, etc. KnoLabels is not responsible for incorrect address information submitted by the consumer.

Shipping

Here at KnoLabels we take pride in our fast processing and shipping times. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically take 4-5 business days to arrive (US Orders).

 USPS Delays

Occasionally USPS can have delays with  deliveries. We are NOT responsible for any delays on the part of USPS. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting with locating packages if you call  them directly.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping!

All orders shipped outside of the US can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the US charge taxes for your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
